London Borough of Hackney has just released planning permission to Rolfe Judd Ltd on Behalf of Berkeley Homes to construct 346 new residential unites at two more sites in Woodberry Down. The two schemes, one designed by architects Rolfe Judd (KSS4) and the other Hawkins Brown (KSS5) will also deliver more than 1300 homes already under construction or permitted for the first phase alone.
