Italian fashion house Corneliani as one of the dominating menswear power-houses on the Milanese scene by opening Milan Fashion Week has celebrated the classical menswear. Under the helm of creative director Sergio Corneliani the maison is still a family business, thus keeping in hand with the tradition masterfully reflected in the sartorial craftsmanship sent down the runway. The latest collection brings the men’s design details reminiscent of the 1940’s into a coveted contemporary perspective.
The stage design itself embraced the emphasis on outerwear with it’s Milanese street as a backdrop showcasing the collection’s take on street style. The elegant winter coats dominated the runway nevertheless allowing the Corneliani suit as a signature piece to take it’s spotlight worn by the label’s Man Of Style.
