Milan based Jil Sander has presented fall winter 2016 menswear fall winter 2016 collection during the recently wrapped up Milano Moda Uomo. Taking place in Sander’s headquarters the show displayed the latest vision of the label’s creative director Rodolfo Paglialunga. The designer has successful reshaped maison’s signature contemporary approach into a winter ready attire. The materials as well as the design are simply said season appropriate, boasting in the sophisticated Sander minimal DNA.

With the colour palette on hand it is hard to bypass the influence of the military style, nevertheless camouflage was thankfully a no-show. With those cold days in mind Paglialunga and his team have rightfully so allowed the outerwear to the the limelight. The coats boasted from classic pieces ready for the shelves of Jil Sander shop, however perhaps an homage to the dominating bomber jacket (or a farewell if they read into the trend-reports) the designer and his team sent down the runway a Bomber-Jacket-Onesie!
