Designer Henry Holland took London Collections: Men to present House of Holland‘s Spring Summer 2017 Collection, inspired by Hacienda, one of the country’s most iconic clubs. The collection features psychedelic colors and prints, as well as vivid embroidery details and funny accessories.
Satirical flyer artwork and archive imagery from the North’s most iconic club, create the graphics for the collection. A succinct capsule selection of dance floor must haves, inspired by then but perfect for now. Hand embellished, embroidered denim and suiting is in collaboration with embroidery artist Scott Ramsay Kyle. Nothing but Good Vibes. And a technology first: House of Holland has partnered with Visa Europe Collab and augmented reality payment app Blippar, for an e-commerce solution to enable selected garments to be instantly purchased straight off the backs of models. This provides a glimpse at how augmented reality can, and will, transform the retail journey. – from House of Holland
