FALL WINTER 2018 COLLECTIONS
With a AW18 collection named “Nothing to Wear”, Russian label Alisa Kuzembaeva once again depicts how freedom can be expressed in an oppressed world. A woman is alone at home, but in that environment, she finds ways to emancipate and dream: she uses curtains or towels, wrap them and adjust them to her body. It makes a dress. She adds pillows to her outfit, imagines a coat from a blanket and uses hooks as accessories… This common game that everyone once played shows how intimacy and creativity can result into unexpected combinations. – from Alisa Kuzembaeva
