As this decade comes end, it’s so exciting to be looking to the future with Daniel Arsham. At Selfridges, we are constantly thinking about the future of retail, what it looks and feels like; and what it means to our customers. Through working with Daniel on this project – which combines art, design and fashion; covers the broadest possible price range, and presents products in an environment unlike any other – we are setting a new retail standard for the 2020s and beyond. – says Selfridges Executive Buying & Merchandising Director, Sebastian Manes

Arsham’s artistic approach is founded in the concept of a fictional archaeology, and his vision of what familiar icons of today might look like if rediscovered in a distant future.
