“Original source – “They shall not grow old” the documentary by Peter Jackson. Vintage Richelieu laces were used for this collection traditionally, as well as hand- assembled fabrics, light sheer fabrics and wild silk. In a counterbalance – thick cotton, that reminds military tarpaulin, vintage moire, imitating award ribbons, uniform details, and metal fittings. Organic baroque pearls with silver hooks – the accents of the collection – as a metaphor of still tears.“
