FALL WINTER 2020.21 WOMENSWEAR
“The collection is further elevated and refined with novel details in the form of luxe fabrics and textures, exaggerated silhouettes, and graphic elements. A statement palette and unexpected color combinations add a striking visual jolt to the core wardrobe. Patchwork, colorblocking, prints, and appliqué enliven sculptural silhouettes reminiscent of couture, but make them instantly ‘street’ and ready-towear.
Men’s and women’s variations find common ground in youthful tailoring in various iterations including wool serge, herringbone, and jersey. Oversized masculine blazers for women are balanced with a casual ease in the form of slouch and drape details, while relaxed tailoring continues in both men’s and women’s suiting.
Outerwear is characterized by padded volumes in ‘duvet’inspired coats with refined quilted interiors, funnel necks, and hood accessories. Similar details in women’s separates add a pillowy softness to shells and skirts while maintaining their feminine silhouettes. Voluminous blanket coats with delicate stitching and oversized classically tailored variations in melton wool embody the collection’s elevated sportswear ethos and couture-like proportions. A standout faux fur coat with a double collar reverses entirely to reveal a sleek minimalist trench that easily adapts to the flux of the global citizen’s daily life.
