Italian fashion house VERSACE presented the key trend “Pop Colours” from the Pre-Fall 2020 Collection. Fashion photographer Robi Rodriguez captured Versace‘s Pre-Fall 2020 lookbook featuring models Anita Pozzo, Cynthia Arrebola, Islam Dulatov, Ismael Savane, and Steinberg. In charge of styling was Jacob K, with casting direction from Piergiorgio Del Moro. Beauty is work of hair stylist Alessandro Squarza, and makeup artist Neil Young.
“Versace Pre-Fall 2020 was birthed from the idea of a Versace universe inhabited by a myriad of male and female followers of the House who are diverse individuals yet united by characteristics of strength and courage. With these citizens in mind, Donatella Versace presents a selection that is at once varied and true to the House’s DNA. Intrigued by the notion of building a wardrobe as a uniform — for protection and confidence — the House creates varied threads that represent the many bands of Versace.
Embodying a uniform of bold color and statement pattern play, the rose print is a central theme that blooms throughout the men’s and women’s collections. Traditionally a symbol of purity and romance, it is doused in acid hi-vis palettes and tie-dye effects for a distorted collision of contrasts. The vibrant bouquets are woven into everyday pieces such as tops, bottoms, dresses and outerwear for a colourful wash of high impact florals that can instantly brighten up a dreary outfit. Be it a bold pairing with contrasting hues, or even paired with an armoire of basics, Versace’s Pre-fall 2020 offerings will definitely turn heads this season.” – from Versace
