“To the 4th Street Bridge – closed to the public for AMIRI to shoot their Autumn-Winter ‘21 runway film. Behind the-scenes, we see the highly ambitious production in action. Featuring model and dancer Alton Mason, and sound-tracked by The Roots, AMIRI’s cast moved in synchronized patterns as the sun rises and sets on DTLA – interweaving their own storylines within collective formations to build a unified poetic narrative informed by free-form jazz and cultural tribes. Guiding the feature is Mike Amiri, orchestrating movements and scenes inspired by the enduring spirit of DTLA’s communities and personalities.” – From Amiri
