Italian brand SPORTMAX presented their Spring Summer 2022 Anatomy of Silence Womenswear Collection, that was inspired by the work of American composer, music theorist, artist, and philosopher John Cage, on September 24th, during the ongoing Milan Fashion Week. The collection explores the duality of order and chaos, light and obscurity, and noise and silence, with looks that fuse a Baroque sensibility with minimalist functional codes. It challenges traditional perceptions, and brings a sense of escape within the canonic structure of the collection. The color palette contrast divertissement of nude, whites and ecru with shades of orange, fuchsia, yellow, light blue and lilac. Composer Teho Teardo (featuring Blixa Bargeld) created a special playlist for the brand’s runway show.
