American luxury knitwear house ST. JOHN presented their Fall Winter 2022.23 Collection, that celebrates American dynasties, on February 15th, during the ongoing New York Fashion Week. The collection brings multi-generational appeal with their recognizable sophistication. For the collection designer Zoe Turner pairs strong tones of pink – raspberry, fuchsia and strawberry mousse, with a palette of cream, black, nude and red. The looks also feature leopard print, as well as 3D optic print.
FALL WINTER 2022.23 COLLECTIONS
When you think of a dynasty it’s a powerful image. It draws focus on the different generations of women and that lineage that bonds them together. We have taken the St. John codes and channeled a fresh decadence and a daring glamour to further our own legacy. – Zoe Turner, St. John’s Creative Director.
“Sharp shouldered jackets worn with smart stirrup leggings, a button-down laminated bustier jacket and skirt, and a bow front tweed bustier paired with relaxed straight 5-pocket tweeds modernize the heritage that is St. John. A bonded knit reversible coat is leopard on one side and black on the other while a quilted print jacket reverses to tweed for 2-in-1 precision. Evening continues to be a highlight for Turner with a sculptural cream taffeta cocktail dress, a leopard midriff baring draped top with matching floor length skirt, a pretty-in-pink tuxedo jacket dress, while a sheer ruffled one shoulder catsuit steals the show for after dark.” – from St. John
