Argentinian artist Conie Vallese and her partner photographer Josh Olins team up for the latest Zara Home series. Photographed in Vallese’s home and studio the images beautifully captured by Olins show the artist’s relaxing home and bright studio space.
“Reduce everything to something simpler, appreciate it, value it and see it with sharper eyes. Living here involves all that. Enjoying nature, breathing it in and respecting it. Learning to live in a more nature-inspired way. The search for a beautiful space within me has to be reflected in my surroundings,” shares Conie Vallese talking about her home captured in the “At Home” series.
Vallese and Olins are partners for a few years now, the team collaborated for the first time for a series captured in the Nevada desert back in 2017. Vallese often works as a model headlining fashion campaigns for houses such as Bally, Moncler, and Calvin Klein to name a few. Josh Olins is one of the most prolific contemporary fashion photographers, he is a regular contributor for WSJ, Harper’s Bazaar, and i-D Magazine among other.
“It all comes down to feeling good, and our space and what surrounds us is absolutely vital in that respect,” adds Vallese talking about her home.
Vallese‘s At Home session by Josh Olins for Zara Home features some of the pieces the artist chose for her versatile space where she works, lives and paints.
