Grammy Award-winning superstar and activist LIZZO announced the launch of YITTY Size-Inclusive Shapewear Brand, in partnership with parent company Fabletics (brand founded by Kate Hudson, back in 2013). The shapewear brand, that focuses on self-love, radical inner confidence, and effortless, everyday wear, is named after Lizzo’s childhood nickname. The first drop (coming April 12th) will include three collections: Nearly Naked – a lightweight seamless collection designed to comfortably shape and firm your natural curves; Mesh Me – smoothing mesh styles that blend fashion with function, designed to wear as underwear or outerwear; and Major Label – an assortment of everyday lifestyle pieces that are super soft and super bossy. The shapewear is available in sizes ranging from 6X to XS. Over 65% of the collection is made with recycled materials. Prices range from $14.95 – $69.95 for VIP Members.

And, in order to be considered ‘acceptable’ I had to inflict some sort of pain upon it to fit into an archetype of beauty.
