Proclaimed by Ye himself in 2019, the Yeezy Day started off as a way for adidas and Yeezy to get rid of old stock, but also an opportunity for everyone to secure the signature Yeezy pieces. Following the last year’s many releases and re-releases, this year Yeezy and adidas decided to go back to the roots and bring back among others the 350s that started it all. The rumors swirling around state that 20 silhouettes will be presented at the beginning of august. Among the numerous sneakers releases, the rumored Yeezy Slide ‘Flax’ is set to be released in the wake of Kanye’s feud with adidas over his famous slides design.

Yeezy Foam Runner ‘MX Cream Clay’
Maybe the most famous slip-on sneaker, Foam Runner returns in a swirling blend of brown and grey on a signature beige surface. The clog like silhouette first worn by North West, split the sneaker fans into two worlds, the ones who absolutely adore it, and the ones resenting the fit. Yeezy Boost 700 ‘Wave Runner’
Originally released in 2017, the Wave Runner continues to stay at the top of Kanye’s best selling kicks. The sneakers feature retro-inspired lines with a chunky silhouette. This sneaker drew inspiration form the earlier years when bulky fits where the must-have. The fit also brought the movement of the so called ‘dad shoes’. The colourways of this sneaker range from grey mesh base to bright blue and teal on the forefoot and pops of black and orange.
Yeezy Boost 350 V2 ‘Zebra’
One of the fan favorites, Yeezy Boost 350 V2 in Zebra is set to release on Yeezy Day. This fit was originally released in February 2017, with numerous re-releases provided by Kanye, whose goals was to make his sneakers more accessible to every fan out there. The sneaker combines a white/core black Primeknit upper with red SPLY 350 branding and translucent white Boost midsole. Zebra’s a re set for the re-release on August 1st, with a price of 230$. Yeezy Boost 700 V2 ‘Tephra’
One of the originals from Kanye West’s Yeezy Season 5 show, the Yeezy Boost 700 get their upgraded version. The V2 is more aerodynamic, with sleek, reflective overlays. The Tephra features a mesh and suede upper with subdued natural tones, with deeper gray hues on the midsole. The chunky sole signature for the Boost 700 is still here upgraded with gum-rubber tread and full length Boost cushioning. Perfect for every combination and style, the Boost 700 V2 in Tephra colorway are one of the most anticipated releases for the Yeezy Day.
Yeezy 700 V3 ‘Azael’
If you’re a fan of Kanye’s futuristic ideas, Yeezy 700 V3 is a perfect choice for you. Steering away from his retro-inspired pieces, Kanye created this fit and it most certainly became one of the fastest selling sneaker. The initial drop of the ‘Azael’ colorway has been very limited and resale prices skyrocketed aking them unaffordable for most of the Ye’s true fans. The black neoprene bootie featured a notched collar and striped textile underlay encased in a sculpted, open-work cage. The lacing is integrated, and it provides a perfect fit. The piece is set to be re-relased on the first day of Yeezy celebration, with a price of 300$.
