Fashion designer VIVIENNE TAM presented her Fall Winter 2023 Collection titled Weaving into the Metaverse on February 13th, during the ongoing New York Fashion Week. The collection was inspired by the futuristic utopian vision of a new Hong Kong, a place where Web3, blockchain, gaming worlds and immersive experiences cohabitate and collaborate. For the season Vivienne Tam connected the ancient pictograms of China’s earliest language Oracle Bone Script of 12 zodiac symbols with the virtual world, and weaved the cradle of civilization into the Metaverse.
