New Friday, new music! After Nicki Minaj released her long-awaited album Pink Friday 2 last Friday, today we get an expanded edition called Pink Friday 2 (Gag City Deluxe). The artist is embroiled in conspiracy theories once again, this time alleging sabotage in the music industry.

In a recent and highly-anticipated move, the Queen of Rap, Nicki Minaj, has once again taken the music industry by storm with the release of ‘Pink Friday 2: Gag City’ Deluxe. Not only has she treated fans to an expanded edition of her iconic album, but she has also left them buzzing with excitement by confirming the arrival of ‘Pink Friday 3’ and an accompanying documentary, both slated for release “soon.”

‘Pink Friday 2: Gag City’ Deluxe serves as a vibrant extension of the original album that first dropped in 2010, solidifying Nicki Minaj’s status as a trailblazer in the hip-hop and rap scene. Known for her dynamic lyricism, infectious beats, and unapologetic style, Minaj continues to captivate audiences with her unique sound. The album has many collaborations, what is most expect of highly successful albums today, this also gives a big exposure to artist throughout via profiles of other artists on Streaming Platforms. Some of the stand out new collaborations on Nicki’s album are with 90s music icon Monica, Keyshia Cole, 50 Cent and many more.

The announcement of ‘Pink Friday 3’ has sent shockwaves through the music community, leaving fans eagerly anticipating what Minaj has in store for this latest installment. With a discography that has consistently shattered records and garnered critical acclaim, expectations are sky-high for the upcoming project.

While specific details about ‘Pink Friday 3’ remain scarce, Minaj’s track record suggests that listeners can anticipate a fusion of her signature rap, melodic hooks, and a fearless exploration of various musical genres. As the Queen returns to reclaim her throne, the album is poised to celebrate her enduring influence on the rap landscape. In addition to the new music, Nicki Minaj has unveiled plans for a documentary that promises an intimate look into her life, career, and the creative process behind her groundbreaking music. The documentary is expected to provide fans with a behind-the-scenes glimpse into the making of ‘Pink Friday 2: Gag City’ Deluxe, as well as a preview of what to expect from ‘Pink Friday 3.’

Minaj’s decision to share her journey through a documentary underscores her commitment to transparency and connection with her fan base. As she navigates the challenges and triumphs of her career, viewers can anticipate a candid and unfiltered portrayal of the iconic artist, shedding light on the woman behind the music. Minaj in the recent years found her self in the spotlight, accused for feeding into anti-waxx conspiracy theories, an issue she still has not addressed.

Nicki Minaj’s latest announcements have ignited a wave of excitement among her dedicated fan base, affectionately known as the Barbz. With the release of ‘Pink Friday 2: Gag City’ Deluxe, the confirmation of ‘Pink Friday 3,’ and the promise of an insightful documentary, the Queen of Rap continues to shape the narrative of her illustrious career.

Last night Nicki had perhaps one of the most active days on the X social network. As she states, she is quite angry that she has the impression that someone is deliberately sabotaging her in the music industry and thus does not allow the full potential of the new album.

According to recent statements, she has asserted that Billboard plans to deduct 100,000 sales from the debut week of “Pink Friday 2.” This adjustment is reportedly related to a contest organized by Nicki Minaj, where fans were encouraged to provide proof of purchasing four copies of the album. It appears that Billboard has chosen to exclude these particular sales, possibly due to concerns related to the methodology used in promoting and counting album sales.

Contests and promotions that incentivize fans to buy multiple copies of an album are not uncommon in the music industry. However, it’s crucial to adhere to industry standards and guidelines when tallying sales figures for chart positions. If the rules set by charting organizations, such as Billboard, are not followed, it can lead to adjustments in reported sales figures.

It’s worth noting that these adjustments are typically made to maintain fairness and accuracy in the representation of an album’s success. While the removal of 100,000 sales might impact the official debut week numbers for “Pink Friday 2,” the album’s overall performance will still be determined by a combination of traditional sales, streaming numbers, and other factors. As the situation develops, it’s we can only stay tuned to official statements from both Nicki Minaj and Billboard for a more comprehensive understanding of the circumstances surrounding the reported adjustments to the album’s debut week sales.
