The Burberry Fall Winter 2024 Collection draws inspiration from the landscapes and diverse people of the UK and Ireland, presenting a line that is both grounded in tradition and vibrant with innovation. Central to the collection are the coats: Burberry’s signature trenches are reimagined in moleskin, alongside classic duffle coats and field jackets, all of which pay homage to the traditional craft and techniques originating from regions like Donegal to Lochcarron.
Materials such as shearling, braided fringing, and fleecy wool dominate the collection, with the design of bags and shoes decorated with iconic Burberry motifs and references to the Equestrian Knight. The color palette is rich in neutral and earthy tones.
Daniel Lee, the creative director, said that said, “The collection itself is inspired by British and Irish wool and fabric, centered around protection and warmth. Burberry trenches are designed with texture in mind, with coats at the core, and shoes and bags are functional. These pieces are made for the outdoors.” He added, “Burberry’s heritage of the outdoors continues to inspire me. For Winter 2024, I wanted this collection to feel warm and protective.“
