Italian luxury house Versace has officially named k-pop star Ningning as its newest Global Brand Ambassador. Since her dynamic entry into the music scene in 2020 with the girl group Aespa, Ningning has captivated fans worldwide, with her music as well as with her striking presence and fashion-forward sensibility. At the age of 21, she showcases a powerful vocal range and exceptional performance abilities, integral to the expansive and imaginative universe Aespa is celebrated for.
Designer Donatella Versace expressed her enthusiasm for Ningning’s addition to the Versace family. “Ningning is not only a brilliantly talented star; she is a wonderful person. She has a strong, confident vision, incredible energy and talent, and she looks amazing wearing our clothes. I am thrilled she is becoming part of our global Versace family.” This glowing endorsement underscores the mutual admiration and synergy between Ningning and Versace, a fashion house renowned for its daring and boundary-pushing designs.
Ningning’s response to her new role reflects her alignment with Versace’s ethos of bold self-expression and empowerment, particularly within the sphere of music. “Versace has always been about pushing boundaries of creative expression and championing those who are confident to express themselves, especially in the music world. That is why being a Versace Brand Ambassador is so exciting for me. I feel a new strong attitude when I wear Versace, and I’m excited to share it with everyone in the hope that they too feel confident to share their own strength and power.”
The partnership between Ningning and Versace brings fusion of high fashion and K-pop, highlighting the power of self-expression and the impact of fashion on global pop culture.
completely anonymous girl that nobody cares about…. versace you can do better
maybe you are just not informed
I love Ningning but the fact Versace is still sticking to this boring ecommerce style of photography when they were the ones who created some of the most iconic fashion photography imagery is beyond… you can clearly see tho that this brand is now owned by the same company that owns michael kors = boring
