A$AP Rocky and AWGE unveil American Sabotage, an innovative brand that seamlessly blends art and activism. This avant-garde label redefines the fashion narrative, with each stitch telling a story and every strap challenging the norms. The debut runway show made a striking impression at Men’s Fashion Week in Paris, held at The Hôtel de Maisons.
Spring Summer 2025 Collections
American Sabotage fearlessly delves into contemporary issues through the lens of ghetto expressionism. The collection, comprising 30 meticulously crafted looks, was designed by A$AP Rocky, with creative support from Joshua Jamal, Bede Marchand, and Coucou Bebe. This brand offers a glimpse into A$AP Rocky’s creative vision and distinctive style, pushing the boundaries of fashion across various communities and cultures.
“American Sabotage is more than just a brand; it’s a movement,” said A$AP Rocky. “We’re breaking barriers and making powerful statements with each piece, reflecting the spirit and resilience of our communities. This is fashion with a purpose, where art meets activism.“
The collection’s footwear was provided by PUMA, while sleek Olympian-style eyewear came from Ray-Ban. Shopify, known for empowering entrepreneurial pursuits with its reliable commerce infrastructure, played a crucial sponsorship role, alongside automotive partner Alpine Cars. Collaborations also included Roc Nation, Hennessy, and Armand de Brignac.
Adding a unique touch to the runway, clear garbage bags were transformed into beanbag chairs by A$AP Rocky’s home furnishings brand, Hommemade, in collaboration with Crosby Studios. The show was accompanied by a soundtrack featuring tracks from A$AP Rocky’s forthcoming album.
American Sabotage heralds a new era where fashion is not just about aesthetics but also about making a statement and sparking change.
