The Lanvin Spring 2025 collection is a celebration of the maison’s famous flou twist, showcasing its renowned expertise in drapery and feminine silhouettes. The collection highlights exceptional everyday wear, reaffirming Lanvin’s reputation as a maison committed to crafting chic and sophisticated styles.
Offering an extensive wardrobe that transitions from day to evening, the new collection features playful volumes and delicate materials. It brings to life a symphony of tonal yet vibrant colors, with hues of carmine, anemone, and jonquil combined with linen, petrol, and vert de gris. For women, dresses and tops made from crêpe de chine and washed crêpe satin are adorned with Art Deco bijou details, creating an elegant yet playful aesthetic. For men, the collection offers relaxed tailored styles with deconstructed jackets and oversized shorts and trousers, emphasizing comfort without sacrificing style.
A standout feature of the collection is the new seasonal essential, the Bucket Bag, available in raffia, black, and linen color, which elevates the daytime silhouettes. The maison’s iconic Concerto Arpège comes in black and linen colors, while the Haute Séquence clutch is available in anemone purple satin and bronze color, adding a touch of luxury to the collection. Jewelry, always a highlight in Lanvin collections, shines with new lines for the season. The Mélodie Candy line offers a playful reinterpretation of the emblematic Lanvin Mélodie line, bringing a fresh touch to the accessories.
The Édition Soir line, a staple of Lanvin’s signature evening wear, is also a prominent feature of the Spring 2025 collection. This line presents an evening wardrobe of elegant black and anemone silhouettes adorned with intricate embroideries. Inspired by contemporary dance icons Loïe Fuller, Isadora Duncan, and Pina Bausch, the Spring 2025 Édition Soir line introduces a limited edition of long, draped, and vaporous dresses. Each dress is named after musical themes and evokes the sensual movement of dancers, adding a poetic and ethereal element to the collection.
Adding to the richness of the Spring 2025 collection is the new holiday capsule, L’Été Lanvin. This capsule is a tribute to the golden summers Jeanne Lanvin and her daughter Marguerite spent in Beaulieu-sur-Mer. The collection presents a vibrant wardrobe combining new botanical Art Deco prints in carmine red and ecru poplin cotton pieces adorned with English embroidery. Inspired by Armand Albert Rateau’s work, the motif reinterprets the ‘imaginary garden’ patterns he created for Jeanne Lanvin in the 1920s, while the embroidery reflects the ornate ceilings of the Théâtre Daunou he decorated, adding a historical and artistic depth to the collection.
The Lanvin Spring 2025 collection, including the Édition Soir line and L’Été Lanvin capsule, will be available globally in Lanvin boutiques, online, and through select department and specialty stores starting late 2024. This collection, with its sophisticated designs and luxurious materials, continues to cement Lanvin’s legacy as a maison that embodies elegance.
