Officine Générale‘s approach avoids convoluted concepts in favor of organic development. Observing, noting, and reinterpreting everyday details, attitudes, and color combinations into a renewed wardrobe without radical changes is the essence of their design process. The musings and inspirations for Spring-Summer 2025 were drawn from an unexplored facet of Paris: the artistic Paris of galleries and studios. While Saint-Germain-des-Prés is a known hub for the arts, every arrondissement of Paris pulsates with the energy of dedicated artists. These individuals, who dress with a unique blend of comfort and taste, inspired the relaxed yet carefully curated looks of the collection.
SPRING SUMMER 2025
This season, the collection captures a nonchalant elegance, characterized by slightly wider volumes and smooth, fluid fabrics. Pure linen and linen-cotton blends define the suiting, while shirt fabrics are fluid and textured. Unconventional olive green denim, ultra-light knits, and neutral colors like whites and naturals feature prominently. The occasional figurative print and knitted tie add distinctiveness to the men’s ensembles, maintaining a light and easy aesthetic.
An intriguing collaboration with Galerie Chenel brought a new dimension to the presentation of the collection. Over dinner discussions with friends from the gallery, the idea of photographing the collection amidst Roman statues and Egyptian bronzes was born. This artistic context along the Quais de Seine and Rue de Lille provides a rich backdrop, emphasizing the collection’s refined yet effortless style.
Photographing the collection in such a setting not only highlights the artistry of the garments but also aligns with the intimate and studious atmosphere Officine Générale sought to create. The gallery’s serene and timeless environment complements the brand’s vision, blending contemporary fashion with historical art.
Spring-Summer 2025 collection that feels both fresh and familiar, rooted in the rich cultural landscape of Paris. The intimate showroom presentation harks back to the early days of Officine Générale, inviting viewers to experience the clothes up close and appreciate the nuanced details that make each piece unique. This collection is a testament to the enduring elegance and subtle sophistication that define Officine Générale’s approach to fashion.

Officine Générale’s new Spring-Summer 2025 collection really hit the mark for me this time. They always have that cool, understated style, but this season, they took it up a notch.
The inspiration came from a fresh angle on Paris—the artsy side with galleries and studios all over the city. It’s like they captured that unique vibe of artists who dress with a mix of comfort and style. The collection is all about relaxed elegance with wider silhouettes and super smooth fabrics. They used a lot of pure linen and linen-cotton blends for the suits, and the shirts had this nice fluid, textured feel.
One of the standout features was the olive green denim, which looked really cool and different. The ultra-light knits and neutral tones like white and natural colors gave everything a laid-back, easy-going vibe. They also threw in some figurative prints and knitted ties to keep things interesting.
They did this awesome collaboration with Galerie Chenel, photographing the collection among Roman statues and Egyptian bronzes along the Quais de Seine and Rue de Lille. The whole setting added a really artistic and timeless feel to the clothes, making them look even more sophisticated.
Seeing the collection in this intimate gallery setting made it feel special, like you could really appreciate all the details up close. This season’s collection feels fresh but still has that classic Officine Générale touch. It’s definitely my favorite from them so far!
