TOTEME presents Thorns by Guido Mocafico, a new jewelry campaign that redefines the boundaries of fine jewelry and artistic expression.
JEWELRY
Photographed by renowned Italian still-life photographer Guido Mocafico, the campaign highlights TOTEME’s second jewelry collection, blending sharp refinement with bold, modern design.
Marking a milestone for TOTEME, the collection introduces white gold into its fine jewelry offerings for the first time. Mocafico’s striking imagery showcases standout pieces, including a half-band, half-chain-link ring; a half-cuff, half-chain bangle; diamond-studded huggie earrings; and a single double-stud earring. These designs are juxtaposed against the sculptural beauty of desert and succulent plants such as teasel, acacia, aloe marothii, and cow’s horn plant, creating a visual dialogue between the natural and the crafted.
In six evocative black-and-white photographs, Mocafico captures the delicate power and artistic essence of the collection, underscoring TOTEME’s commitment to timeless sophistication. “His ability to recontextualize the everyday objects we often overlook is extraordinary,” says Karl Lindman, Co-Founder of TOTEME. “His work shows the true sculptural supremacy of nature. There’s a tension to these images that I love, and which is unmistakably TOTEME.”
The Thorns by Guido Mocafico campaign will be unveiled globally on November 21, accompanied by a special exhibition at London’s 9 Cork Street Gallery from November 21 to November 23.
This sculptural collection and its arresting campaign reinforce TOTEME’s position as a brand that continues to innovate at the intersection of art and design, offering jewelry that transcends the ordinary.
