Sziget Festival has revealed the initial lineup for its 2025 edition, setting the stage for another unforgettable experience on Budapest’s Óbuda Island. Headliners Anyma, Chappell Roan, and Charli XCX lead the charge, joined by a diverse lineup showcasing talent from various genres and regions. The festival, known for its dynamic mix of music, culture, and art, will run from August 6th to 11th, transforming the island into its famed “Island of Freedom.”
A Celebration of Diversity and Music
Sziget’s lineup reflects its dedication to showcasing diversity, offering something for every music lover. Charli XCX, an artist known for redefining pop culture with her boundary-pushing approach, will take the stage, promising a high-energy performance. Joining her is Chappell Roan, whose vibrant and empowering music celebrates queer identity and authenticity. Anyma, the multimedia project of Matteo Milleri, brings a unique audiovisual experience that merges DJing and artistic innovation.
Beyond the headliners, the festival’s offerings include an array of global talent. The lineup features Armin van Buuren, Justice, and Nelly Furtado alongside Papa Roach, Blossoms, and Australian singer-songwriter RY X. Electronic music fans can look forward to performances by Boris Brejcha, Kölsch, I Hate Models, and 999999999, while indie enthusiasts will enjoy sets by Fat Dog and EKKSTACY. Other standout acts include The Blessed Madonna, Berlin-based duo Brutalismus 3000, and Irish hip-hop trio Kneecap, whose biopic is currently making waves in cinemas.
