Saul Nash Fall Winter 2025 collection, Metamorphosis, marks a pivotal chapter for the London-based designer as he makes his Milan Fashion Week debut. Known for merging functionality with a strong design language, Nash expands beyond his sportswear roots to introduce a lineup that redefines menswear staples. With movement and transformation at its core, this collection explores the freedom of self-expression through innovative shapes, materials, and functionality.
Staying true to his philosophy, Nash builds on his movement-inspired cutting techniques while introducing archetypal menswear pieces. The collection opens with a Japanese Kaihara denim jacket and matching kinetic-cut jeans, featuring a laser-etched motif of moving bodies, inspired by spiritual themes. The denim set, like much of the collection, merges practicality with fluid design.

Drawing from utilitarian and military influences, Nash reimagines outerwear through his unique lens. Recycled nylon parkas and cropped bomber jackets are constructed with kinetic lines and feature padded cummerbunds that double as technical scarves or cross-body bags with zippered pockets. This dual-purpose approach encapsulates the versatility that defines the collection.
Central to Metamorphosis is the ability of garments to adapt and transform. Pieces like the oversized dual-color cupro shirt and the recycled nylon twill pullover feature adjustable elements that allow the wearer to reshape their silhouette. Nash’s signature zip-through trousers are paired with built-in belt loops.

This transformative quality is further seen in a leather jacket with underarm cutouts, designed to be worn with or without sleeves, and an aviation hat incorporating ventilation holes. A mesh-printed hoodie shifts into a basketball jersey with a long-line silhouette, showcasing Nash’s ability to challenge conventional boundaries in menswear design. Saul Nash’s designs push the limits of self-liberation through dress. Structured yet adaptable, the collection includes pieces such as a pinstripe wool suit jacket that transforms into a hoodie with the removal of its sleeves.
The innovative material choices elevate this sense of freedom. From tri-acetate velour zip-up jackets and pintuck trousers to sheer compression tops crafted from TENCEL and wool blends, the materials add layers of sophistication and tactility. Waterproof Oxford shirts with integrated hoods further emphasize the balance of practicality and forward-thinking design.

A key highlight of the collection is the preview of SLNSH, a new collaboration with lululemon, set to launch on March 11. This multi-season partnership showcases an integration of Nash’s design philosophy with lululemon’s performance expertise. During his Milan Fashion Week presentation, Nash unveiled men’s and women’s pieces from the SLNSH collection, including form-fitting mesh running tops, copper-hued tracksuits with sheer-illusion details, and convertible outerwear.
A standout feature is the dynamic leather-alternative handbag that can be styled as a belt bag or carried by hand, connecting practicality with design innovation. The collection reflects a shared passion for creating clothing that adapts between performance and lifestyle.
