Every tween across America has heard the name Justin Gaston, usually prefaced by the phrase “spotted with.” The Pineville, Louisiana, native is the boyfriend of teenage superstar Miley Cyrus, aka Hannah Montana (though neither has ever officially confirmed the relationship).
