The 56 Leonard Street by Herzog & De Meuron, entered its construction phase, with projected occupancy for Fall 2010. This 57 story residential on Manhattan, will house 145 residences, with each residence having a unique floor plan and a private outdoor space.
The interior will also freature several designs by Herzog & de Meruron, and a cherry on the cake, or maybe its a bubble (under the cake), will be a mirror sculpture comissoned to artist Anish Kapoor who Design Scene wrote about just few days ago.
