Fashion house KENZO presented its Holiday 2022 Collection, that celebrates the brand’s iconic graphic the Boke Flower, with a campaign captured by photographer Benjamin Lennox. In charge of art direction was Edouard Risselet, with casting direction from Arthur Méjean. Beauty is work of hair stylist Micha? Bielecki, and makeup artist Eny Whitehead. Stars of the campaign are Essoye Mombot, Oisin Griffin Barr, Xiaodan Wu, Yoren Bamezon. The collection was inspired by the 1980s family adventure movies, and it celebrates a spirit of fun and togetherness. With the collection designer Nigo brings a fresh take on streetwear with pieces that bear XL logos, all-over prints and varsity touches.
“A macro version of the iconic Boke Flower is seen on the front of grey and white sweatshirts and sweaters, while grey and black sweatshirts feature a mini red Boke Flower on the chest. Intarsia sweaters in bold colors all feature deconstructed takes on the Boke Flower, which is also applied as an all-over print on a series of Xmas sweaters and cardigans for both men and women. In addition to the Boke Flower, the KENZO logo is also seen across the chest of a series of hoodies and sweatshirts in black and bright red and yellow. Long and short parkas with chunky, faux-fur collars come out to play with varsity jackets featuring oversize tiger heads and motifs on the front and back. Short puffer jackets feature all-over Boke Flower prints and long puffer jackets show contrasting neck and chest panels.” – from Kenzo
