Maison Margiela

Maison Margiela is a French luxury fashion house founded in 1988 by Belgian designer Martin Margiela. With its headquarters located in Paris, the house produces both haute couture-inspired artisanal collections and ready-to-wear collections.

The house is known for deconstruction and avant-garde designs, often using the unconventional materials for its collections.

In October 2014 John Galliano is appointed as a creative director, presenting his first  collection for the house in January 2015 during the Paris Fashion Week.
