Alexis Bittar presented his Fall Winter 2025 collection at Performance Space New York, marking his first-ever presentation at New York Fashion Week. The Brooklyn-based designer, known for his sculptural jewelry and artistic approach, framed the event as a performance-driven experience that blended past and future aesthetics. Scripted and directed by Bittar himself, the presentation explored the intersection of 1980s and 1990s influences with an imagined 2050, addressing themes of identity, technology, and cultural shifts.

The collection features jewelry and handbags that reflect Bittar’s signature use of bold shapes, metalwork, and unconventional materials. Textured gold and silver finishes anchor the designs, complemented by resin and crystal accents. Statement earrings emphasize exaggerated proportions, while sculptural cuffs and layered necklaces embrace fluid, organic forms. The handbags extend this vision with structured silhouettes and metallic details, balancing artistry and practicality.
Guests in attendance included Jessel Taank, Bronwyn Newport, Jackie Aina, Meredith Marks, and Caroline Vazzana.

Bittar built his career on an independent approach to design. A self-taught jeweler, he first gained recognition selling handmade pieces on the streets of Brooklyn before growing into a globally recognized brand. His designs have been worn by stars such as Beyoncé, Michelle Obama, and Lady Gaga and featured in publications including Vogue, Interview, and Harper’s Bazaar.
In 2015, Bittar sold his company to focus on personal pursuits but reclaimed ownership in 2021, relaunching with a focus on direct-to-consumer retail and an expanded product range that now includes handbags. His boutique locations in New York, San Francisco, and Los Angeles serve as extensions of his creative vision. Bittar’s influence in the accessories industry has been recognized with awards such as CFDA Accessory Designer of the Year (2010) and ACE Brand of the Year (2014, 2024).
