Audi 2025 A6 Sedan enters the market with a refined design focused on aerodynamics, dynamic driving, and everyday comfort. The car features a drag coefficient of 0.23, Audi’s best figure for a combustion-engine model, made possible by new air curtains, underbody panels, and a spoiler-integrated rear. The streamlined body sits low and wide, creating a grounded shape while aiding airflow from front to rear.

Designers added sharp contours to the window line, a low Singleframe grille, and narrow headlights to give the front a sharp and focused look. At the rear, thin taillights and a continuous light strip stretch the width of the car, visually reinforcing its stance. A new diffuser and rectangular exhaust covers complete the look.

The A6 comes with adaptive air suspension that adjusts the ride height based on drive mode, helping reduce drag at high speeds. It can lower the car by up to 30 millimeters or raise it by 20 millimeters when needed for rough roads. Audi also offers all-wheel steering, which rotates the rear wheels in the opposite direction at low speeds for better maneuverability and in the same direction at higher speeds for added stability.

Three suspension options are available: standard, sport (which lowers the car), and adaptive air suspension for more refined control. The car’s progressive steering has been recalibrated for better response, and the five-link aluminum suspension offers agility with reduced weight.
Audi pairs its gasoline and diesel engines with mild hybrid (MHEV plus) systems for added efficiency and performance. The 2.0 TFSI four-cylinder engine produces 150 kW (204 PS), while the 2.0 TDI diesel offers the same power with 400 Nm of torque. Both support partial electric driving in low-speed city traffic or coasting situations.

At the top of the range, a 3.0 TFSI V6 engine delivers 270 kW (367 PS) and 550 Nm of torque. This engine also benefits from electric boost at low speeds and energy recovery during deceleration, with up to 25 kW fed back into the battery. A start-stop system comes standard, and the 48V architecture enables functions like electric coasting and parking.
Inside, the A6 emphasizes space and digital control. A panoramic OLED display stretches across the dashboard, featuring an 11.9-inch instrument panel and a 14.5-inch central touchscreen. An optional passenger display adds another 10.9-inch screen for browsing, video streaming, or route support. Audi’s MMI interface runs on Android Automotive OS and connects to the Audi application store, allowing apps like Spotify or YouTube to run without a phone.

The car also supports ChatGPT through voice command, offering conversational assistance for tasks or general questions. Acoustic glazing, foam-filled tires, and redesigned engine mounts reduce cabin noise by up to 30 percent compared to the previous model.
The 2025 A6 offers seven digital light signatures, each customizable through the MMI system. Drivers can choose between different visual styles for daytime running lights and tail lights. The rear OLED lights come with 198 segments per side, animating during unlock sequences or proximity alerts to warn trailing vehicles.
The S line trim adds sport-focused elements including matte anthracite accents, aggressive air intakes, and 19-inch wheels. An optional black exterior package finishes badges, trim, and exhaust tips in black or anthracite gray. Eleven color options are available, including new shades like Midnight Green and Madeira Brown.

At just under five meters long, the A6 provides a roomy interior and a 492-liter luggage compartment. Rear seats fold in a 40:20:40 split, while an optional electric tailgate opens with a foot gesture. Inside, softwrap materials span the dashboard, and recycled fabrics like Dinamica suede-like microfiber offer a premium, sustainable finish.
The head-up display now includes touch-based controls and a larger display area, while ambient lighting and Bang & Olufsen sound systems round out the experience. The top-tier system includes headrest speakers for immersive, driver-targeted audio.

Standard driver assistance systems include adaptive cruise control, traffic sign recognition, rear-view camera, and lane departure warning. Optional packages add adaptive driving assistant plus, which uses map data and crowd-sourced inputs to manage speed, lane position, and safe following distances, even in stop-and-go traffic.
Orders for the 2025 A6 begin mid-April, with prices starting at €55,500 in Germany. Deliveries are scheduled for summer 2025. Audi’s latest sedan raises the standard for the executive class by combining responsive tech, low emissions, and high efficiency without compromising performance or comfort.
